2BR/2BTH Newly Constructed "Tertiary Dwelling"

11 Alexandia is the duplex we purchased in 2017. Since then we took the detached garage structure and created what's referred to on Nantucket as a "tertiary dwelling." This is a legal 3rd unit on the property. We're very proud of the results and it's added a great deal of value to the property as a whole. This project opened our minds to the types of other value-add opportunities that real estate provides and gave us a template for future property acquisitions on Nantucket.
